Chicago Cubs right-hander Ricardo Estevez and free agent left-hander Jorge Navarrete have both been suspended for 50 games under baseball’s minor league drug program. Estevez tested positive for metabolites of Stanozolol and Nandrolone, the commissioner’s office said Friday. He is on the roster of the Dominican Summer League Cubs.
